You found the perfect spot for them ~ they look great next to your wall. Mine are finished already but the bees worked them over here too. Do you cut the heads or let them seed??
i love these! i saw a bunch at the botanical gardens last weekend. they're like giant purple dandelion clocks. is that clematis i see blooming in the background of the first shot? your yard looks as impressive as ibg.
Your Alliums are beautiful especially with the colour combo you have with them.. Nice to see the bee , it is very happy too.
Kathleen, we've never had our alliums reseed, we wait until the bulbs multiply and then spread those around.Emily, yes, that is 'Fireworks' clematis in the background. Blooming its head off right now.
How beautiful your alliums are with their big purple balls of blooms. They look so pretty with the salvia. Your peony is just gorgeous!Have a wonderful week.
What a great presence in the garden. I love Alliums. I bought some smaller ones this fall, they haven't bloomed yet.
Absolutely gorgeous! I love the allium and the combinations you have with it! I must get some 'Globemaster.' I think the few I have are 'Christophii.'Your garden is looking scrumptous!
