"Real" Thanksgiving Feasts

Outside our house (shot through a window) yesterday:

Not sure what type of hawk this was - maybe Cooper's or Sharp Shinned?

And I loved this from our local newspaper;

another "real" Thanksgiving Dinner - Feeding the turkeys instead of eating them;

You can read the story here.

However you celebrate it - Have a Great Thanksgiving!

Looks like the Hawk had a nice feast, too bad for the "feastee" though. We very rarely see hawks around here, the crows always chase them away.
Happy Thanksgiving!

The hawk has to eat too. Love that the turkeys are being fed and not eaten.
Happy Thanksgiving day to you.

Happy Thanksgiving to you, hope it went well!

Looks like a female Sharps-hinned Hawk to me. They are very good at capturing birds.
