Happy Late Christmas

Due to work schedules we had our Christmas dinner Sunday night.

The cookies were made.

The decorations were up.

The table was set.

The meat was roasted;

(for an easier than pie meat course try pork crown roast)

The wine decanted.

(We had a mini wine tasting. The winner was a pinot from Chile.)

Family and friends arrived and we all had a great time.

Hope your Christmas or Holiday was just as good.

Wow Victoria. I would love a late Christmas if it came together as beautifully as yours. Everything is so exquisite. The cookies are too pretty to eat! and your home and table look so festive. I'm glad you had a nice holiday. Happy New Year to you, your family and the chicks!

I actually wanted to leave a comment to your Hawaii-post as well, but it didn't let me..
I'm with you there, not liking guided tours. But you take what you get and I bet it was beautiful seeing all the colors!
Your Christmas cookies look like little art pieces.. to nice to eat;)
I hope you enjoyed the holidays, even though you couldn't celebrate on Christmas day itself.
Happy New Year!
