With my new work schedule Kim and I managed to go camping this past week. It was great.

Short version:

Hiking.

Flowers.

Hot Springs.

Great trip again! Interesting to still see some snow up in the mountains now. How hot is it there right now? I couldn't imagine wanting to be in the hot springs being that hot. I really need to try to make such a video myself:)

Hiking? Good! Mountains? Beautiful! Flowers? Lovely! Hot Springs? Aaaah. That's not the type of camping I remember! :)

Bek - We always go to the hot springs in the evenings, and it cools off quickly though the temp is in the 80's during the day.

No time to watch the longer version at the mo', but my jealousy of where you live grows with every blog publication!

It's SO FREAKING HOT HERE! I was visiting my cousin and walked two blocks in at 10 a.m. and was drenched in sweat. Ugh!

Seeing snow in these photos right now, it's like looking at another planet!

I need to do more of that now that I'm free from the shackles of firefighting! Thanks for the inspiration!!!

What a ruggedly-beautiful place to camp. Poor you! ;-)

Thanks for sharing your trip. Looks like it was a wonderful time.
