Granted, I was very hungry....

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........great dinner! If you like tuna steak, give this one a try. We loved it. I don't think it's necessary to go to the expense of shiitake mushrooms, I think plain old everyday buttons would be fine. But the sauce really made the steak!




Try it with a green salad and serve with some good bread to mop up the extra sauce.
