Night at the Melting Pot

Last night the Melting Pot restaurant in Boise had a benefit for St. Jude's Children's Hospital with wine tasting from Provenance wines.

The evening included shrimp cocktail appetizers along with cheese fondue. Our server, Tyler, did a great job for us.

Vanessa has worked at The Melting Pot for a couple of years now, so she of course accompanied us.

We shared a table with two women from Mountain Home; Tiffany and Stephanie, we hope we'll see them again. It was so fun, meeting new people who we might actually see again. Sharing the night with them really added an element of fun that would have been missing without their contribution.

(Hi Tiffany and Stephanie!)
Plus we all took home a complimentary wine glass. Great evening, great event!

We have several wine dinners coming up at the restaurant where I work. The next one is the Northwest Region. I didn't know Melting Pot did wine dinners....I'll have to ask my friends...they are opening one up at the end of this year. The bread looks delcious too!
