My Lucky Day, week.......month?

It's been a very pleasing and surprising week.

I received this hand knitted bag in the mail from Cynthia at Brambleberries in the Rain.

It was a giveaway she hosted on her blog. She has great hand knitted items for sale and also has many gardening posts.
Thanks Cynthia!

As if that wasn't enough, Kylee at Our Little Acre informed me that I'd won a pair of Ethel gloves from her giveaway.

It's all a bit much, isn't it? All these free presents.

Well, maybe not. It sure feels great, I know that.


(I'll call them "birthday presents" since my birthday is this Saturday.)

    What a streak of luck or are they just 'happy accident' birthday presents? Something's working anyway. And happy early birthday too.
    I've got to get a better system going so I get here more often to visit. I'm still just going in circles and consequently I end up going nowhere quite often! ;-)
